Murali has an overall experience of 25 years in Corporates , both large firms and startups.

Large firms: Hands on experience in Product and Service Sales and Marketing , Distribution and Supply Chain , Oversight of P& L responsibility of about 1500 Cr .

Start Ups: Having been involved in a start up that scaled to 250 Cr in 5 years gives him a hands on experience of Profit Centre Operations, HR , Finance ,Banking, Acquisition apart from Sales and Marketing .

Expertise : Operations scaling , Market coverage , Alliances , Demand management , Working capital planning , ERP in supply chain. Murali has a 360 degree view of business and can understand the full continuum from Strategy and Vision of a firm right upto hands on execution of the business plans .

In the past he has worked with TCS, Godrej, Hindustan Times, and startups like Trianz and Infowave .

As the CEO of RTBI he has a singular ambition to help get great business ideas to fruition. He attempts to bridge the gap between academia and industry and provide a platform for ideas to be converted to business.

He is a Mechanical Engineer from NIT Rourkela with a MBA in Systems and Marketing from XIMB.
